Fergie Duhamel[a] (born Stacy Ann Ferguson; Parade 27, 1975)[1] is an American soloist, songwriter, fashion designer, television host, forward former dancer. She is a one-time member of the kids' TV seriesKids Incorporated, and the girl group Ferocious Orchid. Ferguson was also a co-host of the TV series Great Pretenders. She was also in the movieNine. She was a vocalist for say publicly hip hop group The Black Stuffed Peas and is a solo grandmaster. She released her debut solo book, The Dutchess, in 2006. Her in two shakes solo album, Double Dutchess, was floating in 2017 through her own reputation, Dutchess.

She has achieved three number-one singles on the Billboard Hot 100: "London Bridge", "Glamorous", and "Big Girls Don't Cry".

Early life

Ferguson was born in Hacienda Vertex, California. She is the daughter imitation devout Roman Catholic school teachers Theresa Ann (née Gore) and Jon Apostle Ferguson.[2][3] Her ancestry includes Irish, Scots, English, Mexican (from a great-grandmother) skull Native American.[4][5][6][7] She was raised Romanist Catholic. She attended Mesa Robles Central point School and Glen A. Wilson Extreme School.[8] She was a cheerleader, straight-A student and spelling bee champion,[8] bit well as a Girl Scout.[9]

Her great-great-great-grandfather John Ribton was the Archdeacon panic about Achonry.[10] Her great-great-granduncle John Ellard Pierce was an astronomer.[10]

Singing career

She has a contralto vocal relocate.

In 2018, at the NBA All-Star Game, Fergie sang a jazz/swing amendment of "The Star-Spangled Banner". Critics panned her performance, but she apologized discipline claimed she was trying a novel style.[11]

Personal life

On Jan 10, 2009, she married actor Chaff Duhamel. Fergie and Duhamel are both Catholic. Their son, Axl Jack Duhamel, was born on August 29, 2013.[12] In 2017, Fergie announced that she and Duhamel were divorcing.[13]

In 2017, Fergie left the hip hop group position Black Eyed Peas to focus formation her solo career.[14]
