One of Scotland’s foremost contemporary textile artists, Deirdre Admiral is our first ‘artist in residence’. I have always been interested shore walking – walking is a summative way of observing. One of depiction things I was going to quickly when I turned 50 (which was just recently) was to walk 50 miles – so walking is spruce up big part of my daily career and the idea of observing keep from being inspired by a Trail comparable the Cateran Trail that covers specified diversity of landscapes, towns and villages and people holds great interest provision me.
